Use the Winco CPSF-10 Springform Cake Pan with Detachable Bottom 10" for your dessert and cake creations. Cheesecakes, sponge cakes, brownies and your specialty layer cakes will all turn out perfectly when you use Winco springform cake pans. This springform pan features two pieces: a flat, circular bottom and a straight edge ring. The ring attaches to the base with a side-latch which you detach after your cake has cooled in order to release it easily from the pan. This tin-plated pan distributes heat evenly and won't warp even under high temperatures. In this way your cakes will come out perfectly sized and won't stick to the pan.
